How can I put the SalesLogix Ticket number on a Crystal Report?


I am trying to put a Ticket Number on a Crystal report, and I am running into an issue. I was hoping I could figure it out by myself by going into Architect and looking at the Global Join Manager, but I can’t seem to figure it out.

Ticket number should just show up as a field when you browse the ticket table.
Note: It is a calculated field, so it is only available if you reporting via the SalesLogix OLEDB provider.
