Infor CRM 8.2.0.1 – New Area/Category/Issue Manager for Tickets

You now have the ability to manage Area/Category/Issue selections for classifying and assigning Tickets from the web client.  Access to this feature is controlled by several Secured Actions so that you can assign users to maintain the selections.
