Why is one of my Concurrent users unable to log into SalesLogix?

Question:

How can you tell if a concurrent is currenlty logged in?? I’m facing a problem that the concurrent user cannot log in because the system prompts that “there are no concurrent licenses available for use”

But, I have checked in the Administrator and no concurrently users are currently logged in.

 

Answer:

 What version are you running and what hot fixes of SalesLogix do you have installed. Be very specific as there are several known ‘cases’ where the concurrent user count is WRONG, and you know you’ve only got 9 people logged in, 10 concurrent licenses, and the 10th person can’t log in. Certain programs were being counted in the license use…..not users…..but services……
