Outlook2CRM for Sage SalesLogix

What is Outlook2CRM?

The Outlook2CRM Difference

Outlook2CRM for Sage SalesLogix provides a complete solution for your SalesLogix users to be as productive as possible when communicating with your customers via e-mail. Easily create records in SalesLogix, or update existing records, from your e-mail in Outlook, such as Tickets, Contacts, Opportunities, Leads, Activities, History, and more. Take control of your SalesLogix productivity!

Imagine This

Imagine you receive an email in Outlook.  Imagine with one click on a Outlook toolbar button and you've created a support ticket in SalesLogix..or a lead...or new contact...or...anything.  Email attachments magically become attachments in SalesLogix.  Imagine no more copying and pasting information from email to SalesLogix.

The Details

Outlook2CRM installs as a customizable button bar in Outlook.  That's it!

Outlook2CRM for Sage SalesLogix has the following built-in functions:

  • Create or Update Tickets
With a single click of a button you can create a ticket from a received e-mail. Or select an existing ticket to update from the e-mail. The contents of the e-mail, subject, body, and attachments are added to the SalesLogix ticket. Even inline images are added as attachments to the ticket!

  • Create or Update Contacts
With SalesLogix being the place you want to keep your customer information, you'll want to match up received e-mail with your contact list. Now you can match received e-mail, or create a new contact record in SalesLogix with ease. You can even save files attached to the e-mail on the SalesLogix contact record!

  • Create or Update Opportunities
Communicating with customers about opportunities? Now you can store the conversations you've had over e-mail on the opportunity record in SalesLogix. Even keep the files attached to the e-mail stored on the opportunity. Create a new opportunity from the e-mail or link it up to an existing one!

  • Create Leads
The Leads feature in SalesLogix version 7 provides a great way to manage your prospects and leads. Now you can keep your e-mail conversations with your leads in the same place. Outlook2CRM will let you easily create leads from received e-mail.

  • Create Activities
From a single button you can create an activity from an e-mail. A customer has sent you a request for follow-up? No problem. Easily create the activity right from Outlook.

  • Create History
Want to keep your e-mail conversations recorded in SalesLogix? You'll find that button on the Outlook2CRM toolbar. Archive your e-mails easily with this built-in Outlook2CRM function.

  • 100% Customizable
The Outlook2CRM Developer License (see licenses section) allows for complete control of the Outlook2CRM toolbar. You can customize it to fit your exact needs and even add your own custom buttons in Outlook to trigger SalesLogix events. The customizations you make will automatically appear in Outlook for all of your Outlook2CRM SalesLogix users, including remotes!

  • You Decide How it Works!
All functions in Outlook2CRM use standard, built-in SalesLogix screens. So your customizations, business rules, and custom fields will still be honored by actions triggered by Outlook2CRM.
