My apologies, this is not really about SalesLogix Cloud, but I couldn't resist the headline.

By now you've probably heard about the epic fail of the iPhone 4 that's dominating the web today. I just wanted to post the email from Jobs to a customer that touched off the firestorm. This was followed up by an Apple spokesperson who suggested buying a rubber band Apple just happened to be selling, in order to fix the problem. Fail.
