This workshop is for the user that has not had little to no exposure to SageCRM, and will focus on navigating the SageCRM interface and introducing the user to the available features.
In this workshop the user will learn how to navigate the SageCRM workspace, components, and functions. The user will also be introduced to the main features within SageCRM including Sales, Marketing, and Dashboards.
Upon completion of this workshop the user will feel comfortable navigating the SageCRM interface and will be able to identify the features that will be most beneficial to his/her position.
