Groups are a collection of companies, contacts, opportunities, or cases that share a common value or characteristic. By being able to work within a subset of records you can accomplish tasks such as sending a direct mail piece to customers in a specific region of the country or conduct a telemarketing campaign to customers that have purchased more than specified dollar amount. Proper group building techniques will be important to your use of SageCRM no matter what your role.
In this workshop the user will learn how to create groups from the results of search criteria and how to create static groups.
Upon completion of this workshop the user will feel comfortable and confident creating groups to aid in his/her job tasks.
