In SageCRM you have the ability to create a Workflow, a series of tasks executed according to a defined path, based on business size, product line, territory, or any other factor that determines how a sale progresses through the pipeline. The series of stages and steps of a Workflow are created to help a sales person close an opportunity.
In this workshop we will focus on using Workflow to ensure that important sales steps are not missed in the sales process.
Upon completion of this workshop the user will have a better understanding of how Opportunities and Workflow compliment each other.
