Using the Mail Merge feature of SalesLogix can make sending communications to your Contacts and Leads simple and efficient, whether it's one person or a large group. But how do you create a mail merge document, and after you have one how do you send it out?
In this workshop we will walk through the process of mail merge creation and the options available to you when sending out your finished document.
