The next generation of SageCRM 7.0 will be entering the beta phase with development partners next week. I will be blogging about changes and new features as they become available.
We're a SageCRM customer and one of the frustrating things is the serious lack of freely available tips and information. I know I'm not alone and your blog is very valuable to us. I'm very anxious to hear about the changes and improvements in 7.0 and looking forward to your posts.
Preach that...support from Sage is always a pay-through-the-nose affair one way or another. It would be nice to get some more resources for those of us that want to self-support.
