Question: We would like to sort the grid of an extensive literature request list in Saleslogix.  The grid is defined in LiteratureRequest.ascx and it would be nice to control the grid by being able to dynamically sort by the Name or Family columns.  Is there a way to enable sorting?

Answer: Even though LitRequest is a Custom Part and will require coding it should be simple to do.  Your first step will be to enable sorting on the grid, and then provide a method to sort the results.  Check out how this is done on others grids and then apply to your grid.
