Question: Is it possible for me to hide some of the options under the toolbar
menu in SalesLogix, such as the 'Tickets' on the Insert Menu, from users
without having to go through individual user security profiles?
Answer: An option would be to create a new Menu plugin that has a "Remove" for Insert New
Ticket and then release that to the teams/users that you don't want to have the ability to
add tickets.
