Copying Account information to clipboard from the button on the upper right hand corner. A lot of information is missing. For example, if an account has 20 contacts, it only copies the first 8 or so contacts. Can we customize how the copy account information button works?

Answer:

This invokes a copy routine based upon the information that is in the CopyAccount Account quickform. if you add fields to the CopyAccount quickform it should then allow that information to be copied. Also on that form is a contact grid. It is likely that paging is turned on or something which is restricting how many contacts are copied.
