It is necessary to use the LAN Client to fulfill Literature Requests. In the Web Client, you are able to view the Detail View of Literature Requests.

You are also able to delete and change Literature Requests in the Web Client.

I am looking forward to functionality that allows the user to fulfill from with the Web Client.
