Deep Dive Into SalesLogix Tickets

BTW - If your SalesLogix users have not signed up as members yet, let them know about the free online training and support available for users and power users.  There are several SalesLogix experts active including Mike Spragg from empath-e in the U.K. and  Paul Roussell from Adexio in New Zealand/Australia.  Oh yeah, and our own Dale Richter.
