Remote Access Support - Just as good as being there!
Customer FX personnel can connect via the web and work with you remotely using industry leading remote access services from Citrix Onine Services. With Citrix Online and the telephone, we can address any issue as effectively as we can with an onsite visit, without the time delay and travel charges. Just as good as being there - Right now!
Build an in-house knowledge base by submitting your questions via our client portal ticketing system and receiving instructions electronically. Of course, we're available to work the issue with you via remote access and telephone if your issue can't be readily answered by email.
