Because of the dynamic nature of the client’s customer base, Contacts are constantly leaving Accounts. It was requested that the Account’s Contact tab be enhanced to allow filtering of the Contact list to only show active contacts. Active contacts are any Contact with a Status not equal to “Inactive”. A check box was added to the tab to allow the user to define if they wish to see all Contacts or just the Active ones. By default the screen only show active contacts, as these are the ones the reps are most interested in. The inactive Contacts can be displayed, if desired, for historical reasons.
A filter was added to the Account’s Contact tab to allow displaying only Active contacts.
