If you have not looked at the hot fixes for SalesLogix Version 7.5 recently you should pay close attention to Hot Fix 9.  This recent HF addresses two important issues involving conflict resolution and without the HF you could be losing data due to the system incorrectly interpreting the resolution of a conflict.  Since this applies to only Synchronization servers it really should be installed as soon as possible.
