In SageCRM there is a quick start page that comes up when you first log into SageCRM.

Please don't ignore this page, there is alot of good information to review from here.

It is a very quick learning tool that walks you through setting up preferences and some basic functionality of the program.

Many times this Quick Start page will explain the options for you. This way, when you actually go to set them up, you will know repercussions of specific settings.

Also, on this page you can access documention for advanced options. The SageCRM Administrators guide will help you with Merge Forms and small customizations that you may need to make.

Once you have reviewed all of the help and documentation from the Quick Start.....you can shut this page off from the user preferences. But....you would already know this if have reviewed the Quick Start....:)
