With the SalesLogix Desktop Integration and the Outlook integration web client users have great tools to integrate emails and history into SalesLogix.
But what happens when there is an email that fails to send when selecting SendSLX?
The system stores a file under Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\SalesLogix\Outlook\TempMailDir\Email.
This file will not clear out automatically and it holds up newer emails. The easy fix is to go into this directory and remove the oldest file. This will allow the newer SendSLX emails to flow back into SalesLogix. Windows 7 Users have a similar file structure that can be accessed if you turn on the advanced features of Windows Explorer.
