  Have you ever wanted to use the Quick Find option in SalesLogix Client but wanted to look at a different field then the Account.Company, Contact.LastName, or TicketID? The quick way to accomplish this is by adding the More button to the Main View.   When using the Send SLX button in Outlook to add an email history to a SalesLogix Contact you will see a simple interface asking if you want to attach the email to a particular contact and possibly save the attachments to the record. • Retiring Users Who Own SalesLogix Records

  It comes up quite frequently that there are records owned by a user so you cannot retire that user.
