I recently assisted a number of users that were unable to get Intellisync to configure or sync correctly. Here are some of the issues and fixes we used.

With the revision of Intellisync in version 7.5 the new requirement is a deployment of the SLXIntellisync portal. What you will need to do is go through all of the same steps you would take to deploy the slxclient. In SalesLogix 7.5 you only get one chance to select your adhoc contact group for Intellisync, usually that group is SyncSalesLogix. What if you selected the incorrect group
