Last week I blogged on the deployment of the Disconnected Web Client. Today's post discusses the issues that could arise on the Installation of the Disconnected Web Client. If you have deployed in Application Architect and ran the sync server then the remote users should be able to run sync, apply the changes, and open the personal web server and then the SLXClient.

If you have been around SalesLogix as long as I have you have seen this issue from version 5 to v7.5. My advice on troubleshooting is to make sure the users default team is set correctly, the sync server is sending files and the remote user

There has been some recent discussion on the need for cutting new remote databases after upgrading. There are typically a number of database schema changes with each upgrade that would require a longer then usual synchronization to transfer to remote users
