Adding a Tab to the SalesLogix v7.5 What’s New Portal Page

Question: I would like to add a tab to the What’s New portal page in SalesLogix v7.5.  Can I do this and if I can, where is the .ascx for the tab controls on the page?

Answer: In Saleslogix v7.5, What’s New was moved to a Web module – Sage.SalesLogix.Web.Modules.WhatsNewModule.  This is implemented out of a DLL: Sage.SalesLogix.Web.Modules.WhatsNewModule.dll.  The tabs are simple smartparts, but the control is found in the Sage.SalesLogix.Web.Modules.
