AttachmentPath Error When Trying to Use a SalesLogix Web v7.2 Mail Merge Template

Question: When using the ActiveMail component to send an e-mail through SalesLogix Web v7.2, I get an error (“The AttachmentPath property has not been defined”) when I try to create the email using a template.

Answer: Try removing additional office entries which don’t have valid paths on the BranchOptions table.
