How Can I Call a Dialog That is Added on the DialogWorkspace of an Entity in SalesLogix?

Question: I need to add a button on the base.master to open a dialog window on the group view, but I don’t have the Dialog Service to call by code from another SmartPart.  How can I call a dialog that is added on the DialogWorkspace of an entity in SalesLogix?

Answer: Create a SmartPart with a button on it. Add code to this button to open a dialog, then add the SmartPart with the button as a new Tasklet on the Saleslogix portal Tasklet tab.
