Question: Does Exchange Link work with SalesLogix v7.5 Web and if so, what can and can’t be done with the product? My customer has Exchange Link and is unable to see Outlook contacts in the ‘New Activity – Add Members’ dialog, and I’m beginning to think that it isn’t possible.
Answer: Yes, Exchange Link works with SalesLogix v7.5 Web. It sounds as though the contacts that you are trying to sync from Outlook/Exchange are not users in SalesLogix. Non-SalesLogix users can be added as attendees, but only SalesLogix users will show in the members tab.
