Increasing Number of Records Exported in Infor CRM

Have you tried to export records from a Group, only to find that Infor CRM will export only a portion of your records?  Sounds like you need to increase the number of records that you’re able to export.

For this post I’m running Infor CRM v8.4.03 and this is how you will find the Group setting to change that number:

  1. If you log in as Admin and go the Administration Nav bar.
  2. Choose Custom Settings towards the bottom of the Nav bar
  3. Infor CRM FGroup Custom Settings
  4. In the filters on the right side of the screen, choose Groups.
  5. Then click the hyperlink for the Setting “MaxExportRecordCount”
  6. Infor CRM Custom Setting MaxExportRecordCount
  7. In the DataValue field you can raise or lower the “MaxExportRecordCount”.
  8. Make sure you save the setting with the Save Icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
