Included in the next release of Infor CRM is an all-new Forecasts and Quotas capabilities. Many customers have been asking for this and it will part of the next update, 8.4.03 for the web client. Managers can establish a goal for a specific user or team of users and then track their progress towards achieving that goal within the specified time frame. Opportunities are what drives the results against a goal.
Forecast and Quota Management allows Managers to set sales targets and Teams to see their goals and associate Opportunities to keep track of progress.
