You may have heard about the new GDPR laws and Infor CRM has added a new feature to help support that requirement.
- What are the new settings?
–When adding a new Contact to Infor CRM, the Do Not Solicit check box is selected by default.
–The Do not Email, Do not Call, Do not Fax, and Do not Mail check boxes are also selected by default and are disabled.
–Manually clearing the Do not Solicit check box enables the Do not Email, Do not Call, Do not Fax, and Do not Mail check boxes but does not clear them. They must be cleared manually.
–This is to support the interpreted intent of the GDPR laws that permission to solicit is conscious and should not be automated.
