Infor CRM Mobile 4.4 Now Available
Infor CRM Mobile 4.4 is now generally available for Infor CRM SLX single-tenant cloud and on-premises customers. The release includes several practical improvements designed to make CRM information easier to access and manage away from the office, including one feature that may be especially welcome for anyone returning from a conference with a stack of business cards.
What’s New in Infor CRM Mobile 4.4?
Release highlights include:
- Business card capture: Take a picture of a business card and use the information to create a new lead.
- Customer Journey and Workflow visibility: View Customer Journeys and Workflows from a mobile device.
- Contact images: View contact profile images in Mobile.
- Web dashboards: Access configurable dashboards with drill-through support.
- Performance improvements: Benefit from updates intended to improve the overall mobile experience.
- Updated Quick Action buttons: Use newly styled buttons for common actions.
- Improved related-item sorting: View the newest related records first.
Together, these updates provide mobile users with better access to the CRM data, dashboards, and processes they rely on when working away from their desks.
Before You Install or Upgrade
Infor CRM Mobile 4.4 can be installed in environments running Infor CRM SLX v9.1 or later, but some features have additional version requirements:
- The Journey 360 tab on Account Detail requires Infor CRM SLX v9.3 or later.
- Business card scanning and lead creation requires Infor CRM SLX v10.1 or later.
- Multi-factor authentication requires Infor CRM SLX v10.1 or later.
Customers must also have a functioning Infor CRM SLX Web environment, even if they primarily use the Windows Client, along with a properly configured SData portal, web server, and valid SSL certificate.
Because the installation requirements vary by environment, Infor recommends reviewing the compatibility information and planning the deployment before beginning.
