This is the features added in Infor CRM Xbar for Microsoft Outlook version 1.4.1 which is now available for download on the Infor support portal
The Ability to synchronize Leads, including new sync option to define behavior. (for Infor CRM v8.4.0.4 only) Requires KB 2151140 and the companion pieces in KB 2144758.
Administrators can now manage sync options per resource, for example contacts, leads, calendar items, or tasks in the Web Client Outlook Sync integration, including the ability to set and lock down sync direction, preventing users from setting the direction in the Xbar options in Microsoft Outlook. (for Infor CRM v8.4.0.4 only) Requires KB 2151140 and the companion pieces in KB 2144758.
The ability to perform Address Book searches of Infor CRM Address Books as contains or starting with.
The On first sync options for appointments and tasks now default to the current date when an option is selected. Infor CRM Xbar for Microsoft Outlook version 1.4.1 also contains defect fixes. See the document Infor CRM Xbar for Microsoft Outlook Resolved Issues.pdf for a list of resolved issues.

Scott, I’ve looked in the Infor Support Portal and can’t find where to download files. Can you explain the menu navigation for downloading Xbar 1.4.1? Thanks.

Select the Downloads menu
Select Products
Select Infor
Select Customer Experience Suite
Select Infor CRM
Select the version of Xbar you need.
If you don’t see downloads at the top of the support page then your user does not have the required permissions
