Infor Moves Entire Sales Force Off of and Onto Infor CRM

This month, Infor transitioned their entire sales force to Infor CRM.  Not just the CRM division, the whole company.  To me, this is a strong indicator of their commitment to their CRM product.

Here is a communication we received…

“To be very clear, Infor is committed to our CRM product, so much so that we just moved our entire salesforce to the platform.  SalesLogix was acquired in 2014 and since then we have continued to make significant investments.  As we move forward, we continue our goals of:

  • Creating a Delightful UX
  • Integrate into Suite
  • Intelligent Solutions
  • Open Platform
  • Next Gen Analytics
  • Agile Cloud

We are currently carrying several parallel work streams including:

  • the redesign of CRM UX using the latest Xi controls from Hook & Loop
  • Embedding geocoding for proximity search
  • Extended integration with Ming.le (Infor Collaborative Portal) providing role based widgets, embedded BI
  • Integrating our applications into Suites such as our Sales Suite (CRM+ CPQ ( Product Configurator) + CLM ( Contract Life Cycle Management)) or our Marketing Suite ( MRM+ OOCM+ IA)
  • Integrating Data science and predictive analytics to help increase the sales performance
  • Introducing several Cloud Suite verticals
  • More…”
