Infor to Roll Out Enhancement Request System

What does this mean for users of Infor CRM?

At an unspecified date in the near future, Infor will make the Global Infor Enhancement Request System available for Infor CRM, Infor EAM, and Infor ERP LN products.  So what is the Global Infor Enhancement Request System (ERS) and what does that mean for Infor CRM users?

“The system allows both customers and Infor product management to see all enhancement requests submitted; collaborate on their suitability; prioritize them; and be able to track their status. This, in turn, will reduce and simplify the multiple individual product processes that exist today, and ensure that greater focus is given to the ideas that will best improve Infor products.”

Infor CRM users that previously posted enhancement requests via the Sev5 incident option on the Infor Xtreme Portal will no longer be able to do so beginning September 22, 2015.  Instead, there will be a link provided in the Resources menu to route users with enhancement requests to the new Infor ERS.
