In the new Office Profile setting that is introduced in version 8.3.6 there is a groups tab. Under that tab is a setting “Specify the maximum number of groups users can display”. If this is set to zero it is supposed to display all groups but times out on the group load. Setting this to 30 resolved the issue of the all contacts, all accounts, and all opportunity default groups not displaying when the entity loaded.
If you do not see an Office Profile group when you open the Office Profile for the first time you will need to create a group so you can go in and add the 30 maximum number of groups setting.
We have only seen this in 8.3.6 and we are hoping to have it fixed in future versions.
