Is there a way to Insert Date/Time into the Description and Resolution fields in the SalesLogix LAN client?


In the Saleslogix Web Client in the Ticket that there is a date and time feature on the Description and Resolution. Is there a way to have this feature on the Saleslogix Lan? If so how would I do this?


 In SalesLogix Windows Client, set the focus to any Text or Memo Control.
– Press SHIFT+F9 combination.
