Now Available: Infor CRM Mobile v4.3

Mobile v4.3 is ready for download, however, this version is only available for use with Infor CRM v8.4 and above.  What will you find in the latest update?

  • Added all configuration options, commented out, to the production.js so that configuration options no longer need to be copied from the production.default.js and pasted to the production.js.
  • Added the ability to complete an occurrence or entire series from activity list via a quick action.
  • Related sales orders and quotes now display in descending order to show the most recent records first.

Ready to download and install?  You can access the necessary files one of two ways.  You can either…

  1. Login into the Infor Support Portal
  2. Click the ‘Downloads’ dropdown and choose ‘Products’
  3. Click on the ‘Infor’
  4. Click on the ‘Customer Experience Suite (CRM / CX)’
  5. Click on ‘Infor CRM’
  6. Scroll down and click on ‘Infor CRM SLX Mobile 4.3 for v8.4 and later’

Or…

  1. Go to the Infor Product Download Center
  2. Follow steps 3-6 from above
