Users Are Slowly Regaining Access After Massive Salesforce Outage

Last Friday Salesforce experienced a massive service outage leaving users to slowly regain access to the company’s tools over the weekend.  The San Francisco-based cloud software giant blocked access to all current and former Pardot marketing automation software clients after the deployment of a database script inadvertently gave users broader data access than intended.
