Twice As Easy CRM – SalesLogix Cloud vs. Salesforce

Another post in our series comparing SalesLogix Cloud and Salesforce.  CRM should be easy to use.  No reason why it can’t be.  What was Salesforce thinking when they designed their software?  Take list building for example.  Without lists a database is an unusable pile of bits and bytes.  Want a call list of your customers sorted by state?  Create a list.  Want to follow up with your new leads from the last 30 days?  Create a list.  All of your opportunities scheduled to close in the next 30 days?  You get the point.  Should be easy to do, right?  The screenshots below tell the rest of the story.
