SalesLogix Customer Spotlight: Citigroup [Video]

Rich Eaton of Citigroup Inc. discusses how Sage SalesLogix enables Citigroup management to make more effective decisions with instant access to sales performance measurements. Before Sage SalesLogix, sales pipeline reports would have to be consolidated from global reports, but now management receives instant access to sales reports such as pipeline and activity reports. Citigroup has also been able to easily customize Sage SalesLogix to meet their unique business requirements, not forcing Citigroup to change their business processes to match the application.
