A number of views are installed to provide additional integration between the Sales and Support clients.  The way in which Account-owned Product information is stored and used differs between the Sales and Support clients.  In the Sales client, Opportunities and Sales Orders (if using the Advanced Sales Solution Pack) can be created with Products associated to them.  This information was not readily available to the Support client because it uses the ACCOUNTPRODUCT table to identify what products an Account owns.  ACCOUNTPRODUCT records are used to associate products to tickets, contracts, RMAs and Defects.  SalesLogix for Support Service Pack 1 provides new views to allow Sales users to associate any or all products from an Opportunity or Sales Order to the Account Product table for use by the Support reps.
