Searching The SalesLogix Database with Knowledge Base

Join us for today’s workshop.


If you are trying to find information in SalesLogix – a ticket, a history item, etc. – then you need to use Knowledge Base.  Knowledge Base can be used to search for items within SalesLogix, but you can also use it to search any network folder to find the information you need.  Today we will hold the workshop, “The SalesLogix Knowledge Base – v6.2 and Above”, at 2pm CST and it will last approximately 30 minutes.  Register/join here…
