Versions of Xbar that work with Infor CRM 8.3 or 8.4 are compatible with locally installed versions of Outlook 2010, 2013, and 2016 (with some exceptions).

If you are using a current or recent past version of Infor CRM (Saleslogix), the way to transfer data between CRM and Outlook is the Xbar application.
If the install file is not in the correct path, the button to install Xbar will not work.
A new version of Xbar – v1.3.7 – can now be downloaded from the Infor Xtreme portal. With this latest version, field level security rules are now enforced.
After installing Xbar 1.3, Outlook 2010 did not have the Record to History icons in the toolbar ribbon. In Outlook, go to File, Options, Add-Ins and you will see Infor CRM Outlook Connecter listed in the Disabled Add-Ins.
Infor CRM Xbar for Outlook 1.3 has been updated to 1.3.1 which adds backwards compatibility for Infor CRM version 18.104.22.168, 22.214.171.124 and 8.3 or later. Ensure your version of Microsoft Outlook is the desktop version of 2010, 2013, 2016, or Office 365. You can download the software on the Infor Xtreme Portal right now.
