A Look Back at Infor CRM Xbar and Previous Versions of Outlook Intergration
The current version of Xbar handles all aspects of integration with Outlook, except for merge templates. Older Outlook integration products handled things differently.
Xbar Compatibility with Infor CRM versions
If you are using Infor CRM 8.4.x, Xbar 1.4.0 is likely the best version to use. If you are using Infor CRM 8.3.x, Xbar 1.3.9 is the best version to use.
Enable Sync in Infor CRM Web Using the Web Client
The administrator can enable sync in the Integration section of the Infor CRM web client.
