This is What You Will Find in Creatio (formerly bpm’online) update v7.14.3

9 new features and 4 bug fixes coming your way in the latest update.

Bpm’online does an excellent job of providing regular feature updates and bug fixes to stay ahead of the pack in CRM, and v7.14.3 is no exception.  In the latest update you’ll find 9 new features and 4 bug fixes.  I have to say, the new feature that I’m most excited about is the email preview on the email detail:

 

I found it cumbersome to click on the Subject line hyperlink to find out what was said in a particular email.  It was also particularly annoying when I was searching for certain info contained within an email thread.  No longer! Now I can just scan the preview to determine if the email is the one I’m looking.  Just another way that bpm’online works to add features that improve efficiency so you can accelerate your business.  Find the full list of features and fixes here.
