Over the last year and a half I’ve been working on another product named Contatta. It’s a great product and I’m really excited to see how it does in the marketplace. I got to work with some completely brilliant people and learned quite a bit as a developer. Many of the great minds behind Contatta were the same great minds that were formerly behind SalesLogix, including the wizards that authored the Argos framework that the Saleslogix mobile client is built on.
Well, my contract working with Contatta has, for now, come to an end. As much as I loved working on Contatta, I am excited to, once again, get involved in the Saleslogix and Infor CRM community. I am planning some updates to the Saleslogix Mobile Developer Toolkit and I updated Git Extensions for Saleslogix so that it works with current versions of Git Extensions. I am also planning on updating the customerfx.com website (so overdue!) so that it is more content driven and puts a stronger focus on the years and years of blog posts, open source projects, and other community content making it easier for you to find and use things to help you build really awesome stuff!
I also plan on using my experience working with Contatta to produce some really awesome blog posts for Saleslogix/Infor CRM mobile client and add a lot of new content to the Mobile Developer Series I started years ago. Basically, you will all get to benefit from the time I spent working on Contatta and how it relates to Saleslogix mobile development.
In a nutshell, I’M BACK! 🙂
…and it’s good to be back.
By the way, I will be attending the Saleslogix/Infor CRM partner conference in November and look forward to meeting up with as many partners as possible. Id’ love to get a chance to talk to as many of you as possible, so come up and say hi! See you then.

Hi Ryan, not this year – decided to wait and see how it all pans out first ! (and I couldn’t get a direct flight !).
