‘Too Many Requests’ Error When Logging Into Infor CRM via Ming.le

Infor CRM Too Many Requests Error

 

Are you getting an error when trying to access Infor CRM via your Ming.le login? I found this information on the Infor Support website, and it may help you correct this error.

Description: Too Many Requests when logging into Infor CRM when Ming.le is enabled and using a Chrome Browser.

Too Many Requests An error has occurred. Please contact your system Administrator. Tracking ID: varies

Resolution: Google Chrome version 80, targeted for public release February 4, 2020, will change its handling of cookies.

1. Browse to: chrome://flags/#same-site-by-default-cookies

2. Change the “SameSite by default cookies” = Disabled

3. Restart the browser
