SalesLogix Web Ticket Workshop

For today’s free SalesLogix workshop we are presenting, “SalesLogix Web – Using Tickets”.  Tickets are an important feature in SalesLogix, especially for those of you in a support role, and this workshop is going to help you use tickets to effectively.  This workshop will begin at 2pm CDT and will last approximately 30 minutes.  It’s not too late for you to register, you can do so here.

We'll accomplish this by creating a simple Freedom UI component, and then adding the component to the page. We'll be able to use a static URL for the IFRAME source or bind the source to a property on the page.
