This summer, Creatio is offering a free, six-week training series designed to help customers, partners, developers, and business users become more comfortable working with AI agents in Creatio.
The Creatio 2026 AI Summer Program begins July 16 and includes live workshops, hands-on demonstrations, AI Studio training, and an optional hackathon. Participants will learn how to identify practical AI use cases and build, deploy, optimize, and manage AI agents within Creatio.
Who Should Attend?
The program is designed for both technical and non-technical Creatio users.
Business users can learn how AI agents can help automate repetitive work, improve productivity, and solve everyday business challenges. Developers and no-code creators can get hands-on experience building and customizing agents with Creatio AI Studio. You do not need to arrive with a fully developed AI strategy or an agent already planned. The program begins with the basics and gradually moves into more advanced concepts.

Guidance for identifying AI opportunities, gathering requirements, organizing supporting knowledge, and learning from customer examples.
July 28 — Meet Your Twin: The Agent That Builds Agents
An introduction to working with the AI Studio Agent Twin.
July 30 — Your First Agent, Live: Prompts, Skills & Tools
A hands-on look at the foundational components used to create an AI agent.
August 4 — Agents That Get Things Done: Workflow
An exploration of how agents can interact with CRM workflows and help complete business tasks.
August 6 — Agents That Speak CRM
A deeper look at connecting agents with CRM processes and information.
August 11 — Tune It Up: Performance, Observability & Control
Techniques for analyzing and optimizing agent performance while maintaining appropriate governance.
August 13 — Give Your Agent a Voice—and a Face
An introduction to advanced agent channels, including voice and video.
