People live in their Outlook client, it is the go-to place for getting work done. By placing CRM inside Outlook we enable users to interact with CRM where they live.
Giving Saleslogix users contextual CRM data where they work it will make CRM data more actionable and therefore more valuable to the business. This will also raise the visibility of CRM within a business, occasional users such as executive management will now become regular CRM users, consuming data as part of their normal course of business. This increased visibility will create a virtuous circle driving further adoption.
